Welcome to the GPL Software Africa or GSA Affiliate terms. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before registering or using your affiliate link.

1. Program Overview
The GPL Software Africa Affiliate Program allows you to earn a commission by referring customers to our platform through your unique referral link. Every time someone makes a purchase using your link, you earn a commission based on the order value.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older.
Your website, social media, or promotional channel must not promote illegal, hateful, or adult content.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link via your affiliate dashboard.
Our system tracks users with cookies for 30 days from the time they click your link.
If a user completes a purchase within that period and no other affiliate referred them afterward, the sale is credited to you.

4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 20% commission per sale, that is, for our UGX 5000 products, 1000 instantly becomes yours per product.
The commission applies only to completed and paid orders.
Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not generate commissions.

5. Payout Terms
Minimum Payout Threshold: UGX 10,000 (about 3 USD). We plan to increase this based on how our program will perform.
Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed on the 15th of every month for commissions earned in the previous month.
Payment Methods: We currently support Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel), Bank Transfer (Uganda only), and PayPal (international affiliates).
You must provide accurate payment details in your affiliate profile.
You are responsible for any transaction fees or tax obligations in your country.

6. Promotion Guidelines
You are encouraged to promote through blogs, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, or other ethical marketing platforms.
You may not:
Misrepresent GPL Software Africa or make false claims
Use spam, fake reviews, or misleading tactics
Bid on branded keywords in Google Ads or other PPC platforms
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or account termination without commission payment.

7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
Reject or remove any affiliate from the program
Withhold payments if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
You may also cancel your affiliate account at any time by contacting us.

8. Modifications
GPL Software Africa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes agreement with the updated terms.
